This thickening of the vocal cord was found by laryngoscopy in a professional politician (image seen to right). Histologically, the lesion was composed of vascularized myxoid and focally fibrotic stroma covered with acanthotic hyperkeratotic squamous epithelium. What is the most likely diagnosis?
