Question:
A 9-year-old boy presents with a rash. The rash began as a macular papular rash, but it has now evolved into the rash seen here. The child also has a swollen ankle without history of trauma, and he complains that it is quite tender (see illustrations to right). He has complained to his parents of vague abdominal pain over the past 2 days.
