The Challenger StatPak Reporting Package links to the course content in your Challenger
Program for Residencies installation and provides basic score reports, common statistical
measures, and comparative reports for your program.
Individual Assessment Reports Include:
- Resident Compliance Report by course, topic, subtopic, and date
- Individual Score Reports by course, topic, subtopic and date
- Individual Demographics including mean, standard deviation, variance and
group confidence interval to compare a given resident or set of residents to
the program as a whole
- Longitudinal Report that calculates the weighted average of scores for a
resident in a given course or over a given period of time
Program Assessment Reports Include:
- Score Reports by PGY
- Yearly Demographics for each PGY including mean scores, standard deviation,
variance and group confidence interval
- Program Demographics including mean scores, standard deviation,variance
and group confidence interval
- Effect Size for change over time demonstrates meaningful and statistically
valid improvement in an individual or user group over time by calculating a
formal effect size that compares individual or program demographic information
- Effect Size for group comparison calculates a formal effect size to compare
an individual versus a group or the performance of your program's residents
versus a valid sample across all Challenger client locations
StatPak reports can be easily exported to a spreadsheet or data files and can
be printed individually or in bulk.
