The Challenger Program for Residencies allows programs to select content from
a library of over 45 courses covering a wide spectrum of primary and acute care
medical knowledge. From complete standard-of-care reviews to focused examinations
of how subspecialty practices affect the primary or emergency care physician, Challenger's
library of electronic medical education is the largest in the world, totaling 3,800
hours of content. Challenger courses are designed to prepare physicians in the latest
standard of evidence-based and practice-based experience.
We currently offer specialty-specific review courses for Emergency Medicine,
Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Anatomic
Pathology. These "Med-Challenger" products are
standard-setting exam preparation courses designed to prepare physicians for certification
or any other test of competency within the specialty.
In addition to these comprehensive test preparation courses, Challenger offers
a wide variety of cross-specialty testing and training courses. These curricula
are designed to strengthen medical knowledge in core subjects that are fundamental
for all practicing primary and acute care physicians.
Each year, our courses undergo review by prestigious physicians from around the
country who make up our team of 240 contributing and lead authors. Our
Physician Advisory Board directs our new course development
and ongoing peer review. About 500 hours of new course material is introduced by
Challenger each year.
