Challenger has maintained a validated PANCE pass rate in excess of 99% for users
of our Med-Challenger FMPA course. This courses is designed to promote the highest
level of retention possible based upon the programmed learning methodology.
The Med-Challenger course is organized by topic and includes Practice, Review
and Assessment sections. The Practice section allows the user to go through questions,
one by one, and get immediate answer feedback. The Review section includes all of
the questions with answers and remediation so that the user can read through the
major points of the topic if he/she is having trouble in the Practice section. The
Assessment section includes a randomized selection of questions from the Practice
section, simulating an actual testing experience.
A major benefit of the Challenger model is that the self-study design allows
the user to move seamlessly between Practice, Review and Assessment, allowing for
a more personalized flow of study depending on the specific needs of the individual.
Post-Assessment, the course generates a scoring report that indicates correct
answers and incorrect answers given for each question and displays this information
to the user. These scores are archived and are used to generate the
StatPak™ reports
for the program.
Challenger believes that the best tools are the most versatile and easiest to
use. We try to accommodate this philosophy in the structure and format of our training
courses.
