Boards-Pass Guarantee

It's this simple...
We succeed only if you do.

While we maintain the highest pass-rate around, not everyone passes their examinations. We take the risk out of your exam preparation purchase by providing our Boards-Pass Guarantee.

If you buy any Med-Challenger Comprehensive board review course, complete the Board Exam Simulator (Comprehensive Survey Exam) with a score of 80% or better, no less than three times (x3), and then fail the associated boards examination within 18 months of purchase, we will refund your purchase price for the Med-Challenger course or, if purchased as part of any Lifetime Subscription, the current retail price of the Med-Challenger course.

You must submit proof of completion prior to taking the formal boards certification or recertification exam, and a copy of your official Boards failure notification. Refund payments will be made approximately 30 days from the date of approval.

If you buy any Challenger LLSA or Challenger MC-FP course, complete all chapters with chapter scores of at least 80%, and then fail your maintenance of certification test for any year covered by that Challenger LLSA or Challenger MC-FP course, we will refund the lesser of either your purchase price for the individual Challenger LLSA or Challenger MC-FP program or LLSA or MC-FP portion of the combined course, or the retail price of the program, or LLSA or MC-FP portion of the combined course, as of the date of your purchase.

You must submit proof of program completion prior to taking the formal LLSA or MC-FP exam, and a copy of your official failure notification. Refund payments will be made approximately 30 days from the date of approval.

If you buy Med-Challenger FMPA and complete the Board Exam Simulator (Comprehensive Survey Exam) with a score of 80% or better, no less than three times (x3), and then fail the PANCE or PANRE examination within one year of purchase, we will refund your purchase price for the Med-Challenger PA course.

You must submit proof of completion prior to taking the formal PANCE or PANRE exam, and a copy of your official failure notification. Refund payments will be made approximately 30 days from the date of approval.
